Use the period and date filters provided by each report. Not every chart offers arbitrary period comparisons.
Preparers have their own portal and performance information. Authorized administrators have broader practice views, subject to roles and plan access.
Supported record tables offer CSV exports for further analysis in your preferred reporting tools.
Each view shows your GoRefer records as of when it loads, and some screens refresh on their own. They are not a live, second-by-second feed.
The 7-day free trial uses the Scale feature set. Enterprise-only capabilities are not part of that trial. A card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged that day. When the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and is billed to that card, with its one-time setup fee, unless you cancel before then. Your card is held by Stripe, our payment processor; GoRefer never stores card details.
