Yes. AI can produce incorrect facts, calculations, extractions or citations. Gio is intended to assist the responsible professional. Check the source documents, authorities and final result before relying on them.
Monthly credits: Growth 200, Scale 650, Enterprise 1,750. Monthly allowances reset. Purchased credits are tracked separately from your monthly allowance. Review the purchase terms in billing before checkout. Top-ups cost $0.50 per credit. Most operation rates are fixed; Board Room varies with response length (minimum 2 credits).
Access is limited to your firm and each user's role. Documents and AI requests can pass through the service providers listed in the Trust Center. How long data is kept depends on the type of record; not everything is deleted automatically or on the same schedule.
