The one-time setup fee covers onboarding, account configuration, data migration assistance, and an initial training session with our team. Growth: $499, Scale: $999, Enterprise: $2,499. The setup fee is charged once at activation and is non-refundable.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated annual difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next annual renewal cycle.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

GIO Credit Packs are one-time purchases that add AI credits to your firm balance. Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Packs are available in three sizes: 500 credits ($49), 1,500 credits ($129), and 5,000 credits ($399).

Yes. You can add per-preparer seats as an annual add-on: $399/yr per seat on Growth, $349/yr on Scale, $299/yr on Enterprise. Add-ons are prorated if added mid-year.

We will never cut off your referrals mid-month. If you consistently exceed your limit, we will reach out to discuss upgrading to a plan that better fits your needs. No surprise charges.

The Scale plan includes a 7-Day Trial period so you can explore the full feature set before your first annual payment is processed. No credit card required to start the trial.

Scale plans receive a 30-minute guided onboarding session; Enterprise receives a 60-minute white-glove setup call. We walk you through account configuration, preparer setup, commission structure, and your first campaign.
