On Scale and Enterprise, preparer overrides let authorized staff set individual commission rates. This does not imply separate payroll or employment-contract management.
The calculation uses the configured compensation rules and return data. Standard and progressive tier calculations generate records that can be reviewed before payout.
Yes. Stripe Connect is included on every plan. Payment still depends on account onboarding, approval, funding and Stripe processing; a calculated commission is not an instant deposit.

The 7-day free trial uses the Scale feature set. Enterprise-only capabilities are not part of that trial. A card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged that day. When the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and is billed to that card, with its one-time setup fee, unless you cancel before then. Your card is held by Stripe, our payment processor; GoRefer never stores card details.
