No. Scores come from fixed rules, so the same inputs always produce the same score. AI-assisted recommendations are a separate step, and we make no claim of measured prediction accuracy.
The usefulness of each view depends on the records and history available. Keep preparer, client, referral and return records current, and review each view in that context.
Not today. The health score uses a set list of factors and weights, and they cannot be adjusted from your account.
Enterprise includes FirmIQ intelligence. Basic and advanced reporting on other plans are distinct from Enterprise FirmIQ access.
The 7-day free trial uses the Scale feature set. Enterprise-only capabilities are not part of that trial. A card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged that day. When the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and is billed to that card, with its one-time setup fee, unless you cancel before then. Your card is held by Stripe, our payment processor; GoRefer never stores card details.
