Yes. Client referral ranks and reward progress are part of the client experience. Preparer competitions and challenges serve a different audience.
Use the reward options and approval processes available in the current competition or challenge editor. Configure the options your firm intends to offer and confirm the fulfillment process before publishing.
Client referral ranks do not automatically change preparer commission rates. Preparer compensation is configured in the separate commissions and bonus workflows.
The 7-day free trial uses the Scale feature set. Enterprise-only capabilities are not part of that trial. A card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged that day. When the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and is billed to that card, with its one-time setup fee, unless you cancel before then. Your card is held by Stripe, our payment processor; GoRefer never stores card details.
